TBot Analytic tracks active market candles and extracts 8 indicators (including direction, relative size, volatility, deviations from SMA 5 and 20, RSI, and momentum). It then calculates the Cosine Similarity angle against historical candles stored in its D1 database. If it locates matches that meet your threshold, it calculates the win-rate of the next candle and validates it using the Wilson Lower Bound.
The Wilson Score Lower Bound is a mathematical formula that calculates the true confidence of a probability outcome. If a pattern has 3 matches and all 3 won (100% win-rate), it is a small sample and might be random. The Wilson Lower Bound penalizes small samples, giving a score of only ~40%. If a pattern has 100 matches and 75 won (75% win-rate), the Wilson Score recognizes this as statistically valid (scoring ~66%). This ensures you only act on statistically reliable setups.
